DHS was able to rewind a substantial Real Estate transaction I almost lost.  I had a client that towards the end of the transaction was doubting the validity of the home purchase because of the amount of small repairs the REO needed. The home Inspector wrote a report of massive trivial repairs that the house needed, to the point of terrifying my client. I called DHS to look at the needed repairs. They responded immediately, drove out of their way to look over the house and give a quick quote. That didn't assure my client, so they drove back a second time to meet with my client and explain how trivial the repairs were, and assured her that the purchase of the home was in her best interest.
Their professionalism with how they treated my client put my client's fears to rest and we proceeded with the transaction. I am so impressed with DHS that I will call them before I allow my client's to spend the extra money on a Home Inspector.
